Start at the feet on dry skin and brush upwards towards the heart.

1. Feet: Brush the soles in straight, gentle strokes and repeat on the tops of the feet.

2. Calves and shins: Brush upwards towards the heart to help relieve varicose veins.

3. Thighs: Brush upwards in a circular motion to combat cellulite.

4. Buttocks and hips: circular upward strokes to increase skin tone and reduce cellulite.

5. Hands and Arms: Starting from the palms and backs of the hands, working up from the forearms to the upper arms.

6. Stomach: Semi-circular strokes in a clockwise direction on the top and bottom of the stomach to aid digestion.

7. Lower Back: Sweep upwards and outwards to the sides.

8. Neck: Brush from the base of the neck/jawline towards the shoulders to release lymphatic congestion and aid detoxification.
