A :Hold the stamp level and press into the wax for about 10 seconds.

Q : Why does my wax seal have bubbles?

A :Bubbles in the wax seal indicate that the wax was overheated. Ensure the wax heats evenly.

Q: How many wax beads do I need for one seal?

A :For a 1-inch seal, you will need 6-8 wax beads.

Q: Why is my wax stamp sticking to the seal?

A :The wax might be too hot, or the stamp hasn’t cooled enough. Allow the wax to cool slightly before pressing, or extend the cooling time for the stamp.

Q: How do I clean the wax spoon?

A :After cooling, clean the wax spoon with a tissue or towel
