1. Wet your body before showering.
2. Wet the sponge, add a small amount of shower gel, and gently lather.
3. Massage in circular motions on the skin, applying the foam.
4. After use, rinse the sponge with clean water, shake off excess water, and hang in a dry place.

Simply rinse with water.
